If you can test this out on Wine, we can see if it's the control that is an issue or the font (and if it is the control, if there are any other controls that might be an issue). Otherwise (and maybe in any case) one has to add lots of if win31 - else, etc. That's what blocked my old patch. Then I got sidetracked and now the patch is gone.
