When I try to install TimeShift Demo, it asks to agree with the license agreement. The option "I agree" is grayed out, so I thought that after scrolling the license it will activate - it won't. It will be grayed out no matter of what I am doing. I've tried to use WinXP and Win98 compatibility mode. I've noticed that when I press "Next" on the first screen I can see "Untitled Window" on my taskbar. I really don't know what is going on, or how to fix it. Wine pops only "IsWow64Process" and SetWindowRgn not supported on other thread window, that's all. Just in case I've attached my debug output. I don't know if this game works, because I can't install it. I've tried to remove .wine directory, but it didn't help. At 0:03 I select the characters bc in notepad using the `shift+->Shift+->Ctrl+c 1. the clipboard now contains the characters `bv` 1. At 0:04 I switch to Gedit with alt tab (shown as cAlt+<- ->) 1. At 0:06 I copy paste the copied `bc` from clipboard with: Ctrl+v 1. At 0:07 I do two new lines and paste again and do a new line with: <-| <-| Ctrl+V <-| 1. At 0:09 I swith back to notepad++ with Alt tab (shown as cAlt+<- ->) and go down one line with the arrow keys 1. At 00:10 I select the fg characters left of the cursor with shift left arrow twice: Shift+<-+Shift+<- 1. At 00:10 I copy the selected `fg` characters with Ctrl+c 1. At 00:12 I switch back to gedit with Alt+tab and paste the clipboard content with Ctrl+c[![Display of unexpected behavior, last paste pastes `bc` instead of `fg`.][1]][1] [1]: https://i.stack.imgur.com/G2rh8.gif ## Expected behaviour I would expect the characters `fg` to be pasted, but instead it pasts the old clipboard content consisting of characters `bc`. ## Analysis I have not found any consistency in this bug, sometimes I just have to press Ctrl+c a few times to make sure that it actually copies it, and other times it just won't copy the selection (after 10 presses). Also, the bug only shows in notepad++ on Wine on Ubuntu 20.04, I did not notice it in any other programs. My hope is to use Wine to run this program and create Linux thumb drives. Live Linux USB should task Wine, as it looks for new updates and other information from its web site. If you get a window asking to select a game, or asking, the stack overflow does not appear and the issue is gone. Steps to reproduce: 1. Install Mod Organizer 2 (i.e. from https://github.com/Modorganizer2/modorganizer/releases) 2. Install any Game supported by MO2. 3. Launch MO2 and point it to the game when asked to do so (otherwise MO2 will exit before the crash can occur). 4. Watch the crash occur. I am aware of Bug 44278, but it seems that the issue lies with the 64-bit implementation of the function (see attachment). Tested with TES4: Oblivion from GOG and TES5: Skyrim Special Edition from Steam installed (in seperate Prefixes). I searched around and didn't find a solution to this problem and only found a reference to some cursors in winuser.h (at least IDC_PEN with id 32631, IDC_WAITCD with id 32663 and IDC_HELP with id 32651). You can replicate the error testing OCTGN (although I needed a lot of tinkering before being able to login, the place where the error occurs) but it probably is easier to create a simple application and testing the cursor change there. I tried to launch Melodyne 5 today using the latest version of Wine available on Ubuntu 20.04 (which is 5.18). The Installer works fine as long as i choose Windows 8 or higher in winecfg. After Installation the default melodyne.exe will not start. I attached the Bug Report, created by WINE. If this report is doubled, just move it or delete. However. opening a "fillable" PDF with javascript popups immediately crashed the programme. Had tried this under Crossover Office and also tried installing extra packages in a profile using winetricks. Got much the same results as soon as I tried opening this form.
