Here is the scenario: Diablo II.exe and Game.exe unpatched, no bnet loader Game works (from what I can tell, dont have original CD right now, it is at a friend's) DLoad.exe and Game_crk.exe bnet loader and patched Game.exe Game_crk.exe works for single player only, DLoad.exe is the file causing the errors If you need to run the game on bnet with the loader for whatever reason, email me by clicking on my name above this post. I will email you a script to get it working, it does the same thing as DLoad.exe but it is in script form so that you can do it on linux... I could start the game, enter login, connect with the server and generally paly. Interaction with items (menus, list boxes) was slow and painful, and music didn't play, but on the whole it was sucessful. I have other issues but they will be part of new bugs once I experiment a bit with dll's etc. However, with transgamings cvs of Oct 14, 02 the status remains unchanged. The same holds true for codeweavers preview release 7? that I tried a few weeks ago. Notes under Wine does not see any printers available - using cupsys

Hello I have tried two daily deb's from October 1st and October the 13th and while I am using Lotus Notes (the only windows app I run). If I go to print dialog and try selecting a printer it says no printers available. I am using a cupsys server and the client from debian woody packages. I have configured it correctly and can print normally from linux native apps through my cupsys server. I have read in wine documenatition that cupsys printers are automatically detected but Notes keeps saying there are no printers available. Since I am pretty new I am a bit lost in the line of investigating this problem. Can anyone confirm me is this is a bug and how to solve it? Or if I need to add anything or erase anything from the wine config file? Running with with default options does not give any usefull error related to a printing error. any options I can use to help you guys know what is my problem? Wine needs to be killed and restarted to continue. In the bug list, I saw the same errors associated with: reminder 99 lotus notes ...by other users. Wine build 20021007 from the SuSE 8.1 pre-compiled .rpm file linked to from winhq.com. My O/S is clean install of SuSE 8.1. When running wineserver in persistent mode (wineserver -p), you need to explicitly kill it, otherwise it will keep the current session and NOT reread the config file. If you aren't using persistent mode, then it's most likely some leftover wine session that keeps wineserver running. Hmm, I wonder whether maybe the docu isn't verbose enough on this one ? Same happens when clicking a mouse button. Size of the file is about 60M. Debugging some programs that made an unhandled exception, winedbg fails to read the process memory , thus generating a second unhandled exception and begans to debug itself. (generating somtimes another same error). The program I choose tries an undefined interrupt handler in dos, then running winedbg and winedbg fails. I attach the relay trace for debugging.
