Alexandre's policy is to remove all the remaining nominations at release.
If it is still biting users after 1.2 is released, somebody can renominate
it...

Summary: Mackie Tracktion gui is very cpu hungry
Product: Wine
Version: unspecified
Platform: PC
OS/Version: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: major
Priority: P2
Component: wine-gui
AssignedTo: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org
ReportedBy: ireneshusband(a)gmail.com
The audio output of Mackie Tracktion is extremely choppy when (and only when)
the GUI is visible. The choppiness is much worse at lower latencies (using
jack/wineasio), so I presume that this means the cpu is under very heavy load.
To reproduce this:
Go to http://www.mackie.com/products/tracktion3/index.html and download and
install the demo. You'll also need to have wineasio for this.
Start Jack and then Tracktion. Play the demo track "Spiralling".
What you will probably hear will be very choppy indeed. You will probably also
see a huge number of xruns.
Now switch from X to a virtual console (ctrl-alt-F1). The choppiness
disappears. On my machine (a 2.8GHz P4) when I run top from a virtual console I
find that Tracktion uses between 45% and 70% cpu time while playing
"Spiralling" at 10ms latency. However when the gui is visible it stutters badly
even with a project containing nothing but a single wav file or a single
undemanding vsti plugin.
I have experienced this problem both on an Ubuntu Gutsy system and a on
recently installed Gentoo system.

It doesn't lock up for me in wine-1.2-rc3. I also tried it on a real Windows XP

Wine gives me:

Summary: Photoshop CS2 : Close image window causes whole

Product: Wine
Version: 1.2-rc3
Platform: x86
OS/Version: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: minor
Priority: P2
Component: -unknown
AssignedTo: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org

To reproduce:
-Open image in Photoshop CS2
-Hit image window close button in right top area
-Image will close and the whole application too. If there are other saved
images open, application will close anyway. If there are unsaved images open,
save image dialog fort that appear.
Expected behavior:
-Image window is closed, application remain open as well as all other open
saved or unsaved images.
This is probably some kind of regression, which I believe was introduced with
1.2rc1. Wine 1.1.42 behaves normally as expected.

In 1.2-rc3, if I install dotnet20 with winetricks beforehand, AutoCad 2006
installs/runs fine (aside from graphic glitches).
Installing dotnet11 from winetricks alone isn't enough, but other bugs cover
the sp1 installer problem, so marking this fixed.

Using a list of servers from:
http://www.disenter.com/
I tried news2.neva.ru, in 1.2-rc3. I couldn't find any images, so I also tried
in a native NNTP client, but couldn't find any either. Perhaps I need to try a
different server...

Summary: GetSaveFileName incorrectly returns non-zero when
Escape is pressed after a "replace this file" dialog
Product: Wine
Version: 1.2-rc2
Platform: All
OS/Version: All
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: P2
Component: -unknown
AssignedTo: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org
ReportedBy: silas-wine(a)flatline.org.uk
The Windows API GetSaveFileName function should return 0 if the user cancels
the action in any way. Unfortunately, if you type an existing filename into
the box and press Enter, and when you are asked if you want to replace the file
or not, you press Escape, then GetSaveFileName will return the value 1 which
will cause the Windows application to behave as if you had answered YES to
replacing the file.
Since pressing Escape can often be thought of as "get me out of here" (i.e.
answer NO), this is a bad thing. (I'm told that the "do you want to replace"
dialog in real Windows does not respond to the Escape key at all.)

Summary: Vectorworks 2010: Drawing area doesn't show objects
Product: Wine

Platform: x86

OS/Version: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: P2
Component: -unknown
AssignedTo: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org
ReportedBy: conny(a)sat.ax
I'm trying to get the cadprogram Vectorworks 2010 (VW) run with Wine. So far I
have succeed in getting the program installed and to start up with a plain Wine
installation in PClinuxOS 2010. To get the toolboxes and everything look normal
I had to install GDI+ (gdiplus) via Winetricks.
However the drawing area is still messed up after this even if the toolboxes
look fine. On one computer with an ATI Radeon HD 4550 graphic card the drawing
area is showing a colorful noisy pixel view (hard to explain), and on my Laptop
with an ATI X1200 graphic card the drawing area is black. Even if I can't see
what I´m drawing it´s possible to draw lines etc and save the file, the object
are there when I open the file with VW in Windows.
I noticed the ATI cards were not working good so I tried this:
First I noticed the motherboard an Intel® Desktop Board DG35EC is equipped with
an Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator X3500 on board graphics subsystem. So I
took out the ATI 4550HD card and started up PCLOS with the Intel on board card.
Now VW starts up and looks ok and the drawing area is white as it should be
(not noisy or black), but when drawing something like a line it only shows
while being drawn and then when finishing it disappears. I can mark/select it,
but I can't see the line only the handles for resizing etc. I also tried to
change colors but nothing helps. I also opened a saved drawingfile which opens
fine but the drawing area shows nothing unless I hower over objects with the
mouse and mark them. I can use all kind of tools and rendering settings, the
program will not crash but I can't see anything.
The second test is with a NVidia 7900GS card I found in another computer. I
started up with it and I've got the same result as described above.
The lines width is around 0,25 mm, not 0. I also tried with fills but nothing
is seen, not even the opengl mode where everything should be rendered. Also I
can see the line while drawing it, but when ending the command the line
disappears.
I have seen that VW 2008 got gold status after installing GDI+. After that the
3D modeling engine has changed in VW2009 to Parasolid 3D modeling kernel built
by Siemens PLM. I don't know if this can have something to do with the problem.

****This is the first time I've posted a bug report for Wine, so please bear

If you try running Lemmix, only the background music works and none of the
other sounds work. The mouse pointer is corrupt: it should be a "+" and change
into a square when you move it over 1 or more lemmings. After playing 3
levels, the mouse stops working in the game.
You can try it yourself by downloading the Windows lemmings clone from:
http://ericenzwaan.nl/eric/lemmings/lemmix.htm
Note: Lemmix is NOT a DOS program and it won't run in a DOS emulator such as
DOSBox, despite the website showing "DOS" in the links.

Summary: Keyboard focus lost after switching to another app and

Hi,
starting with wine 1.1.28 (.deb, via http://www.winehq.org/download/deblenny ),
whenever I switch focus away from a fullscreen app in wine (by changing to
another virtual desktop), I can't get the keyboard focus back to wine - mouse
works fine, though. The typed characters appear in the terminal where I started
wine instead. The appearance is that wine somehow prevents the window manager
from sending the focus to wine.
I found a couple bugs to that effect, all duplicated to 19822 (tagged FIXED for
1.1.29) or 19874 (tagged CLOSED WORKSFORME). However, the bug still appears in
1.1.33.
Tested with (originally noticed when running World of Warcraft):
- rm -rv ~/.wine
- install the to-be-tested wine
- run winecfg, say "no" to gecko download
- set "emulate a virtual desktop", size 2048x1152 (my native screen resolution)
- ok
- re-run winecfg
- go to "Libraries", type a couple characters in the "new override" field
- switch virtual desktop, type a couple characters in an xterm there
- switch virtual desktop back to wine
The various other options under "Graphics" in winecfg don't make any difference
regarding this.
Tested with wine 1.1.28, 1.1.29, 1.1.30 and now 1.1.33. Have NOT tested 1.1.31
and 1.1.32.
This was not a problem with wine from 0.95 up to incl. 1.1.27.
Environment: Debian 5.0.3 (Lenny) i386, up-to-date, Enlightenment as window
manager (3x3 virtual desktops).
cheers,
Robert Waldner

Summary: Desktop windo fullscreen directx application focus
problem
Product: Wine
Version: 1.1.29
Platform: PC

Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: P2
Component: -unknown
AssignedTo: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org
ReportedBy: atari(a)gabo.pl
I'm running wine in desktop window mode. I'm running a fullscreen game (Hearts
of Iron III).
There is also Wine System Tray window visible.
When I change focus to another X window, I'm unble to restore focus to Wine
desktop window by clicking anywhere in the fullscreen game. (the game recives
mouse clisk messages and reacts on them, there is some problem with keyboard
events, but they go away after a while).
To restore focus to the Wine window, I have to click on Wine System Tray -
thats the only way.
Wine should restore Desktop windo focus when I click on it, no matter where.

If you start the game, the game window will be on focus, and the mouse will go
to the center of the window. Any user input, like moving the mouse or pressing
a key will instantly crash the game.
If right after start you quickly move the mouse out the game window, you'll see
the Sega logo. Then the game says: "Press enter to continue...", but you
shouldn't! If you keep the mouse out of the window, then after about two
minutes you press Enter, the game will work.

Steps to reproduce:
- Start War in the Pacific: Admiral's Edition (version 1.00.79)
- Choose Scenario game option
- Select any scenario
- Hit start scenario button
What happens: the progress bar while loading the scenario will stop at about 70
or 80 percent. Wine crash window will open in background, the loading screen
will persist hide all other windows. A reboot is required to get rid of it.
I tried this on my Fujitsu Amilo M 7400 laptop (Centrino) with Ubuntu 9.04 and
1 GB RAM. If I find time I will try this on my desktop rig as well.

Summary: Changing resolution in game crashes [regression]
Product: Wine
Version: 1.1.26
Platform: PC
OS/Version: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: P2
Component: directx-d3d
AssignedTo: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org
ReportedBy: jkohen(a)users.sourceforge.net
CC: stefan(a)codeweavers.com
[Someone please CC hverbeet(a)codeweavers.com, because Bugzilla won't let me.]
Changing resolution while in-game causes Wine to crash to the desktop. I first
identified this problem with Telltale games Wallace and Gromit, but I can
reproduce it also with their new Monkey Island title. I believe that the game
Overclocked, which uses a different engine, also triggered this problem.
To make it clear, changing the resolution causes the crash. The game can still
start at any resolution, even one that's different from the desktop, given that
it is the first was set at start up.
I've done git bisect and found that commit
d4312ebb16578d7d8ae193edd3d293d3748c7df4 is good. However, I could only reduce
the number of commits to four. Any patch between "good" and
40565211fb70bff4b1622570a6b11edd646c00bd causes X-Window to crash. Patch
40565211fb70bff4b1622570a6b11edd646c00bd "fixes" the X-Window crash, so only
Wine crashes, which is also the behavior currently in HEAD.
I have an nVidia 9800 GTX card, and X.org X Server 1.6.2, and I'm using the
proprietary nVidia drivers (latest version). The nVidia drivers are set to
center the game in the screen, not to stretch. In case it matters, I can
reproduce this both with OffscreenRenderingMode set to fbo and backbuffer.
Other users have seen similar issues, with different luck working the problem
around (I could only make it work with an older Wine release):

Same in latest git.
To get this far, native dotnet20 wme9 gdiplus ie6 quartz and qcap required.

Hi everybody,

How works the coredumps? because I executed "wine ulimit -c unlimited" but it
still out puts the same message. Can I fix it by myself?
Thank you very much!

A user in
http://real.lithium.com/real/board/message?board.id=InstallingRhapsody&mess…
asked about Rhapsody, so I had a look at all the freely

Installing the Listen version of Rhapsody, either
http://service.real.com/rhapsody/download/version3/http://service.real.com/rhapsody/download/version4/
succeeds; on startup, it autoupdates to the
newest version (and you have to avoid accepting the
autoupdate prompt more than once, or you'll start
multiple concurrent autoupdate installs).
Sadly, though, the autoupdater crashes on completion:

Summary: Unable to change from Direct3D to OpenGL output in
WinUAE
Product: Wine
Version: 1.1.4
Platform: PC
OS/Version: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: trivial
Priority: P2
Component: directx-d3d
AssignedTo: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org
ReportedBy: markk(a)clara.co.uk
WinUAE is an open source (GPL) emulator of Amiga computers, available from
http://www.winuae.net/.
The output of WinUAE can be rendered using DirectDraw (default), Direct3D or
OpenGL. When selecting OpenGL outupt, if the emulation has already been started
using Direct3D output, WinUAE brings up a dialog box which says "OPENGL: can't
set pixelformat 1", and reverts to the default DirectDraw output. If the user
then enables the OpenGL filter again, that works okay.
To demonstrate:
- Run WinUAE
- Select a disk image for drive DF0: in the Floppy drives page, e.g.
rsi1.adf.gz from ftp://ftp.coresystems.de/pub/uae/rsi1.adf.gz
- In the filter page, check the Enable box and select the Direct3D filter.
- Click OK to start the emulation.
- After a few seconds press F12 to bring up the settings window.
- In the Filter page, check the Enable box and select the OpenGL filter.
- To work around Wine bug 10643, click in the main window and press F12.
- Click OK to dismiss the settings window. The error dialog box should appear.
- Click OK to dismiss it. WinUAE reverts to rendering using DirectDraw (no
filter). (That may cause most of the screen to go black due to a Wine
DirectDraw bug.)
- Press F12 to bring up the settings window again.
- Enable the OpenGL filter as above and click OK (after clicking in main
window and pressing F12).
- WinUAE successfully renders using the OpenGL filter.

Platform: PC

Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: enhancement
Priority: P2
Component: programs
AssignedTo: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org
ReportedBy: markk(a)clara.co.uk
The Wine winhelp does not appear to support "imagemaps". (By imagemap I mean an
image which when clicked takes you to a new page.)
For an example, download whatsnew.hlp from
http://bugs.winehq.org/attachment.cgi?id=14569
You should be able to click the text in the image to go to various pages, but
Wine winhelp does not allow you to do that.

Stderr
In the final version of the program Mod4win, 2.40, the program crashes when
trying to start the mixer by pressing the button that says "Mixer".
The program was written for Windows 3.1 and the final version was released for
free by the author and is available here:
http://pjeantaud.free.fr/mod4win/english.html
In this program you can set up an external mixer program to run when pressing
the Mixer button. However, if you don't have a mixer configured, what is
supposed to happen is that a window with an error message comes up. Instead,
the program crashes.
It works when you have a mixer program selected in Setup. The program only
crashes when you press the button without a program selected. You can show
this by selecting, for example, Notepad.exe as your mixer program and pressing
the Mixer button.
I ran this with the win31 version setting and with other version settings as
well and it crashes with all of them.
I am attaching my stderr output.
This was actually tested with 1.0-rc5 but I don't see that as an option in
Bugzilla so I chose 1.0-rc4 since it is the closest one.

With git from the 21st or from yesterday,
a similar strange z-order problem seems to happen
for me with EDWinXP 1.61 trial, free download from
http://www.visionics.a.se/html/edwinxpdemo_f.html
Once you answer the installer's questions, it puts
up two installer blue screens, one is just a background,
the other is a background plus (eventually) a dialog.
Unfortunately the z-order is reversed, and you have to
fiddle with alt-tab.
This happens once before main file copy, and once upon completion.

First hurdle:
downloaded .exe is a copy of the akamai download manager,
which does nothing because of
http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=9727
Happily, it leaves behind the URL of the real installer
in c:/program files/akamai/mumble.url; it's
http://DLM.download.intuit.com/SBD/QuickBooks/2008/R1/QuickBooksSimpleStart…
The next problem is that the installer tries to install mdac 2.8
and fails, seemingly because of
http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=5824
You can reproduce this quickly using the unpacked mdac
installer in c:/windows/temp/MdacTempFolderQB if you like.
Happily, you can work around this with
sh winetricks mdac28
The installer struggles through the .net 2 install but thinks it
completes successfully (in spite of some crashes).
It then starts the inner installer, which asks a few questions,
then hangs with no UI visible.
You can reproduce this by running the unpacked inner installer
in c:/windows/temp/FSE/QBooks if you like.

so I tried the current demo of Sigmaplot 10.
It seemed to install ok, but refused to start, saying
"Handle used on call did not describe a valid licensing system context."
"No such feature recognized by server"
"Application has not been given a name."
Right before making that complaint, it tries to open files
lshost and lshostname, and broadcasts a UDP packet of size 1432 to
port 5093 on the LAN. So it seems to be using Sentinel license manager.

wineprefix with Wine set to "Windows XP" and both times it completed
successfully without any disk space warnings.
A sidenote: if Wine is set to "Windows 98" then the installation is stuck at
"inspecting gdi32.dll in c:\windows\system32" as Dan (comment #1) describes.
Anyway, fixed if set to Win xp mode.

Wine should use the user's system setting for the subpixel font smoothing.
For bonus points, it should realize when the font smooting setting is changed
and adjust automatically.

Hello,
there is a custom action "SetupWizard" that refers to "SOURCEDIR" property
which is empty at the point the custom action is run, resulting in failure.
This property is normally not available unless the standard "ResolveSource"
action has been executed.
---snip ---

--- snip ---
The installer tries to load some gui resource dll and fails in first place.
--- snip ---
0015:Call KERNEL32.LoadLibraryW(00b5e3a8

ret=10001013
0015:Ret KERNEL32.LoadLibraryW() retval=00000000 ret=10001013
...
--- snip ---
The path
"C:\\windows\\Installer\\{5783F2D7-5001-0409-0002-0060B0CE6BBA}\\INSTBASICUI.DLL"
is actually only valid on reinstall (product already installed), hence the
failure is correct (5783F2D7-5001-0409-0002-0060B0CE6BBA = product code).
The installer then tries to load the resource dll from different path, using
the "SOURCEDIR" property:
--- snip ---
0015:Call msi.MsiGetSourcePathW(00000002,100152b8
L"SOURCEDIR",00b5e3a8,00b5e3a4) ret=10001180

0015:Ret KERNEL32.GetLastError() retval=0000007e ret=1000901d
--- snip ---
If "SOURCEDIR" property would exist at this point, the installer constructs a
path like this:
"SOURCEDIR" property ->
"c:\install\Autodesk\AutoCAD2007TrialInstallImage\Bin\acadFeui"
append:
"ACAD_INST_RESDLL_PATH" property -> "windows\installer"
Resulting in final path:
"c:\install\Autodesk\AutoCAD2007TrialInstallImage\Bin\acadFeui\windows\installer"
--- snip ---
$ pwd
/home/focht/.wine/drive_c/install/Autodesk/AutoCAD2007TrialInstallImage/Bin/acadFeui/Windows/Installer

-rw-rw-r--. 1 focht focht 304744 2006-03-05 04:58 InstRes.dll
--- snip ---
The installer would then LoadLibrary() the "INSTBASICUI.DLL" resource dll
(ideally succeeding) and resolve the export "WelcomeDlg" correctly.
Due to failure to resolve the dll path it tries to resolve the export with NULL
module handle resulting in custom action failure:
--- snip ---
0015:Call KERNEL32.GetProcAddress(00000000,00e4f540 "WelcomeDlg") ret=10005531
0015:Ret KERNEL32.GetProcAddress() retval=00000000 ret=10005531

0015:Ret KERNEL32.FreeLibrary() retval=00000001 ret=6c07b93b
...
0015:trace:msi:DllThread custom action (15) returned 1603
...
002e:err:msi:ITERATE_Actions Execution halted, action L"SetupWizard" returned
1603
--- snip ---
As already said, the "SOURCEDIR" property is normally set using the
"ResolveSource" action.
Using ORCA one can see that the "ResolveSource" standard action is only
contained in "InstallExecuteSequence" table in "acad.msi":
--- snip "InstallExecuteSequence" table ---
ResolveSource NOT Installed 910
--- snip "InstallExecuteSequence" table ---
Unfortunately after "CostFinalize" action the "InstallUISequence" table is
populated first (UILevel > 0)
1. InstallUISequence (everything up to ExecuteAction)
2. ExecuteAction in InstallUISequence calls InstallExecuteSequence
3. after all actions in InstallExecuteSequence are done -> any action scheduled
after ExecuteAction in InstallUISequence
--- snip ---
002e:trace:msi:msi_get_property returning L"5" for property L"UILevel"
002e:trace:msi:ACTION_PerformUIAction Performing action
(L"MigrateFeatureStates")
...
--- snip ---
"SetupWizard" (id=1200) < "ExecuteAction" (id=1300)
--- snip "InstallUISequence" table ---
SetupWizard 1200
...
ExecuteAction 1300
--- snip "InstallUISequence" table ---
This post from James Hawkins also indicates that "ResolveSource" must be
somehow treated specially:
http://www.winehq.org/pipermail/wine-patches/2006-October/031700.html
--- quote ---
MSI installers usually have at least two install sequencing tables,
InstallExecuteSequence and InstallUISequence. If the install is run
at the Full UI level, then the installer executes the actions in the
InstallUISequence table in order, up to the ExecuteAction sequence.
At this point, the installer starts running through the actions in the
InstallExecuteSequence table. On the other hand, this test shows that
some actions in the InstallExecuteSequence are run before certain
actions in the InstallUISequence table. I don't know if the installer
has a set list of standard actions that are run in the
InstallExecuteSequence before the InstallUISequence, or what, but this
test at least shows that there is at least one action, ResolevSource,
that is run in the InstallExecuteSequence before other actions in the
InstallUISequence.

I suggest this bug to be closed. Based o the comments, it has been a while
since someone can't eject the first CD. Based on the description given in
latest comments (#9, #11 and #13), the error they are getting is the one
described in bug 9002. So, either this bug and bug 9002 are the same, or this
bug is already fixed probably since December 2008.

Summary: Wine doesn't work well with Jack 2 (jackd)
Product: Wine
Version: 1.2-rc1
Platform: x86
URL: http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=58141
8
OS/Version: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: major
Priority: P2
Component: -unknown
AssignedTo: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org
ReportedBy: jkohen(a)users.sourceforge.net
Debian recently pushed to unstable and testing Jack 2 (jackd) in place of the
previous version. I've noticed that this had a strange effect on Wine. Every
time a process starts, Wine prints the following to the console:
Cannot connect to server socket err = No existe el fichero o el directorio
Cannot connect to server socket
jack server is not running or cannot be started
Then it hang for a couple minutes there. Finally the process resumes. Sort of.
For instance, the "updating configuration" windows, when it appears, never
disappears. Mass Effect on Steam never starts up.
All the issues above go away once I downgrade back to libjackd 0.118+svn3796-3,
which is Jack 1. Running the Jack 2 daemon with Jack 2 gets me past the delays,
but Mass Effect still doesn't work.
My sound system is ALSA and Wine is set up to use it. I don't have any custom
ALSA configuration in my home dir or in /etc.
Surprisingly compiling Wine with --disable-jackd ad removing all the
winejack.drv* files from my system doesn't seem to make a difference. I've
tried Wine 1.1.42, 1.1.44, and 1.2-rc1. For the first I used the Debian
compiled version, for the latter two, my own, and all give the same behavior.

Interestingly more env vars want the same space:

It seems not possible to cut the env any further, but is there a debug flag to

run under wine?

Patch needs to be updated so it will apply to the latest git and go through a
full checkout.
This needs to have the target changed (again) and pulled from the 1.2 list as I
don't think this will make it into the Wine 1.2 release.

When i use NAT over iptables with MASQUERADE equal "iptables -t nat -A
POSTROUTING -j MASQUERADE", then all wine apps are very long sleep before load
(2-5 min.).
Without masquerading or with defined source ip (iptables -t nat -A POSTROUTING
-s 10.0.0.1 -j MASQUERADE) wine works fine.

BTW, was this installed into a clean .wine, with no native dlls?
Also: is this the DOS version, or the Windows 3.1 version?
(Presumably the latter.)

It seems to successfully load within a XP SP3 guest on KVM, so the LunarCal
binary is fine, and I simply ran into a VirtualBox issue.

Summary: Quicken 2009 fails to update QW09R7Patch
Product: Wine
Version: unspecified
Platform: x86
OS/Version: Linux
Status: UNCONFIRMED
Severity: normal
Priority: P2
Component: -unknown
AssignedTo: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org
ReportedBy: mgc0424(a)shaw.ca
Running Ubuntu 10.04, Wine 1.2.rc2, Quicken 2009 r2.
New patch 7 exists for Quicken 2009, but running Wine on QW09R7Patch.exe
results in Quicken complaining it's not the latest (It is, since I
updated release R2 with R7 running in native Windows 2000. Trying to
ensure my apps work on Ubuntu before sunsetting W2K).
Sorry for just the one attachment. Tried attaching 2 others but this form only
accepts one and I couldn't figure out how to combine them. Quicken2.png would
have shown the QW0R9Patch.exe file saved on my disk and Quicken4.png would have
shown update not completed; update will not work on my version..
