It is not dupe, #15069 is for minimizing the whole application, this is about
minimizing one of the MDI children.

True enough.
ActiveSync is not used to any extent on my TomTom either. ActiveSync needs to
be running on the GPS too, in order to communicate with it, which it isn't.
Remember, it runs on Linux.

When using the Troopmaster DOTNET feature, I unlock the database to download

even acts like this was done successfully, so I click on the icon for scout
management and the entire program closes. But when clicking the icon for adult
management everything is fine until I switch to a different adult database. So
I'm thinking whatever got downloaded got corrupted.

suryaprakash, please do not paste long logs in bug reports;
they should be attachments. Also, what makes you think your
bug is related to this one? And what app are you trying to
run? You should probably start by reposting your problem
in the wine-users forum, minus the long logs.

I've checked with wine 1.1.16 and this problem still exists.
With "Windows 98" emulation - error
With default "Windows XP" emulation - ok
Here is small test application with setup program.
It installs 3 files: TestBde.exe, testtable.db, and testtable.px,
and BDE libraries.
Application is written in Borland C++ Builder 6
Project has one form with table and DBGrid.
Test application:
http://www.algorytm.pl/.wine/setupTestBde.exe
Project:
http://www.algorytm.pl/.wine/src.zip
As I said, default wine install, has "Windows XP" emulation, and
my BDE applications work good. Problem appears when emulation is
"Windows 98".

Since Wine 1.1.13, when it is compiled -march=amdfam10 in CFLAGS, Diablo 2
fails to run. When attempting to log into BattleNet, I am greeted by the error
message box: "Diablo II Exception. UNHANDLED EXCEPTION: ACCESS_VIOLATION
(c0000005)"
No suspicious console log is present, but I didn't enable any special debug
channels.
Wine 1.1.12 worked fine. I will do a regression test later today
I am aware that some will not consider using some "obscure" CFLAGS a bug.
However, this march was recently introduced and should not be considered
obscure.
I also have encountered other problems in other games starting with 1.1.13, but
I didn't investigate further into those. I suspect they may be related.
Bug 14348 seems to have the same issue, but uses normal precompiled packages.
For that reason, I'm opening a new bug, since I doubt that these bugs are
directly related. Feel free to close as a dup if this turns out to be wrong.
Gentoo Linux on AMD64
GCC 4.3.2, glibc 2.8, Wine optimization level -O3
same results with Gentoo's ebuild aswell as custom compile from git-1.1.15

I can confirm this bug still exists in 1.1.16.
Made some more tests and it seams the problem happens with every MDI Delphi
application - the attached is Delphi 7 exe, I tested with Delphi 2009.
Additionally, minimizing the whole application leaves a 1x1 window with empty
caption in the center of screen, showed as vertical line.
I believe the priority/severity of this bug have to be changed since it affects
all MDI Delphi apps (such as PL/SWL Developer) and is pretty annoying.

If I set Wine version to win98, setup is going OK. How any of other testers

And then I can hear sounds of the installer, but not during the game.

Yes, it seems that the TomTomHome software accesses the mounted FAT-partition
only for updating userdata. Alle other communication goes through a other
usb-connection.

No, the TomTomHome windows software is closed source and while the Linux
distribution (golinux) is open, the GUI back-end is not.

TomTom Home 1.5 Wine 1.1.16 +file
Bug still exists in Wine 1.1.16.
You can recreate this bug using TomTom Home 1.5, going to File --> Preferences
and selecting "Check for update". The app will then attempt to download
version 2.2.
You do not need a TomTom to do this.
Two files are created, upon completion of the download a temporary file is
renamed v2_5_2_60_win.exe
trace:file:MoveFileWithProgressW (L"C:\\users\\test\\My
Documents\\TomTom\\HOME\\Downloads\\Download Cache\\dwn0",L"C:\\users\\test\\My
Documents\\TomTom\\HOME\\Downloads\\Download
Cache\\v2_5_2_60_win.exe",(nil),(nil),0002)
At this point you are prompted to install the update, but it fails and the
files are removed.
Hope the trace helps.
Note: For some reason, after exiting TomTom Home 1, it remains in memory and
has to be killed.
TomTom Home 2 is released under the GPLv2. I'm not sure if TomTom Home 1 is,
but the source *may* be available.

I believe this bug was opened for TomTom Home 1, which has been obsoleted by
TomTom Home 2.
TomTom Home 2 does not detect the TomTom, whereas 1 seems to have.
If this is still a valid bug, then it is blocked by Bug 7711, but I have a
feeling that this has been abandoned unless someone can find the original
TomTom Home version 1 for testing (which may provide a workaround for Bug
7711).
It's also not a hardware problem (keywords).
Abandoned, or still valid?

I have a TomTom One (I believe it's the original version).
Under Windows, although the drive is mounted, it can also access the TomTom
directly (with GPS switched on (possibly Bluetooth also but I've never used it)
and communicating with the program via USB). This can not be achieved with
file-access only, through a mount.
TomToms run on Linux, as a result both TomTom Home and the TomTom software
source code is available from the website under the GPLv2.
For me, under Wine 1.1.16, the filesystem is mounted automatically.
Keywords hardware, source, download?

Mouse works bad in Wine 1.1.16 in S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Shadow Of Chernobyl. In
previous versions of Wine mouse works fine, and in S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Clear Sky it
works bad in all versions of Wine. After applying of patch mouse becomes very
soft that it was before bug appears in Wine 1.1.16! This is funny, it is better
to try it personally. I tried to hand down you this nice present effect.

I have done the dll overrides and added the registry values. TA can use TCP/IP,
see the game, but I can't join it. Just stays there for about 20 seconds and
refreshes the lobby. Oddly enough a similar thing happens when I run TA in
Windows 7. :P Hosting does not work either, as the other computer won't even
see the room created. I don't see any errors being spit out in Terminal though.

Text in Wine has become unreadable. Sentences appear to be rendered multiple
times layered over each other. I'm not sure what I can add to this other than
the attached screenshot as I am getting no errors reported and I have all the
fonts installed that are usually suggested. This is also occurring in
applications, I will attach a second screenshot of this.
I have tried a complete removal and reinstallation of Wine, which did not solve
the problem.

It would be convenient if "winecfg appname.exe", ran from the command line,
opened "Wine configuration of appname.exe", adding appname to the list if it
isn't already in it. This way, you'd be able to easily configure your Windows
apps from any file manager.

Привет Дмитрий, спасибо (от Дарьи и дете́й)
The setting of every decorate/control combination has been described in
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/metacity/+bug/202456/comments/5
In short, decorate=off allows minimizing indeed (1)
but only control=off will allow restoring too
and this, whichever the state of decorate.
Plainly said, control=off is required and decorate is a don't-care.
(1) as opposed to controll=off which minimizes to the desktop,
decorate=off minimize button minimizes to the Windows' List nicely.
But Windows' List's only got the Move and Close controls.
Not very useful to minimize an application forever.
But any trick to restore an undecorated app would make my year !!!

There are loads of "failed to copy" messages during install with the final ones
being:
err:msi:copy_package_to_temp failed to copy package L"DhtmlEd.msi"
fixme:msi:MSI_OpenDatabaseW open failed r = 80030002 for L"DhtmlEd.msi"
There's a difference in the Windows XP and Wine installs.
A folder named "eBay" appears in ~/.wine/drive_c/ when installed with Wine, but
under Windows XP this folder appears under C:\Documents and Settings\All
Users\.
According to "wine cmd" the environment variable is set to
"ALLUSERSPROFILE=C:\windows\profiles\All Users", but c:\windows\profiles isn't
even created during install.
Could it be that the files simply aren't being copied to the correct place?
The installer is failing to do it's job?
Of course, the app doesn't give any clues, but if you slow the process right
down, you can see that the dialog box that appears very briefly actually says,
"Starting Turbo Lister for the first time...".
"winetricks mdac25 msxml3" didn't help either.
Moving the eBay folder from c:\ to "c:\windows\profiles\All Users" doesn't help
either.
Do we have any idea what the problem is yet?

May not be the problem, but the '\' character needs to be escaped (with itself,
ironically enough). That's why you see it parsed as:
> PsExec could not start \vpathak2:
You could try:
$ wine psexec.exe '\\vpathak2' "notepad.exe"

Hi. this is my first time reporting a bug, so i don't know if i'm doing it
correct.
I'm running Fedora 10 and usually play World of Warcraft through Wine, and
therefore were very sad when i found out i couldn't play anymore.
the problem is that, that ANY application running through Wine (including Wine
config), won't recognize any keyboard inputs. Seemingly this problem occured
after I got some system updates on my computer yesterday. Read bug report
17607, which is the exact same problem as mine and is also on Fedora 10.
I hope that you'll be able to help me =)

You may try to disable the WM decorations in winecfg, that's a different
thing from disable WM control on Wine windows.
And alternative is to patch Wine (with the suggested patch) to disable
broken _NET_WM_WINDOW_TYPE_DIALOG style altogether. Damjan, could you
please send that patch to wine-patches? I think it falls under the same
rules as _NET_WM_WINDOW_TYPE_UTILITY disabled earlier.

Sorry I missed your remark about asking WM advice.
In consequence, I opened
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=573958
What does your patch do?
What does running Wine apps look like after that?
A complete solution, or with some restrictions?
My problem is that I encourage kids to run Ubuntu on cheap hardware.
They love the idea of a box full of hidden marvels, but, you know kids ...
They just can't leave games behind.
And games are Windows, and Windows is Wine, and Wine is this bug.
And this bug is 4 years old !!!
Kids are the future and Wine is their portal to Linux.
Should I give up with my "mission"?

loaded 200+ TrueType fonts into /usr/share/fonts/truetype and wine dramatically
slowed down the launching of applications (up to minutes). the wine system
tray fails also. delete fonts from /usr/share/fonts/truetype restart wine and
runs normal.
Same thing happened when fonts are just loaded into the wine drive.

Scrub that - it's just glEnable(GL_VERTEX_PROGRAM_POINT_SIZE). Activating that
and using glsl shaders makes for perfect windows-like smoke and fire effects.
Looks like that call is missing somewhere.

After a bit more checking it's not so much a bug as it is a result of opengl
point size limitations. The game sends point sizes per-vertex, which wine does
not support as the only explicit way to change point sizes is with
glPointSize(), which is global.
I managed to get somewhat proper smoke and fire effects by forcing point size
to 64, then enabling GL_VERTEX_PROGRAM_POINT_SIZE and setting appropriate
attenuation. This way, point size is always high when close, and falls off
slowly.
There has to be a better way of doing this - my way butchers normal point
processing and only works because sh3 scales them similar to this way anyway.
Is there any other way to render these? Maybe convert to billboards?

As far as I see it, this is not a Wine bug, but a WM one. As was
suggested in previous comments at least an opinion of WM developers
should be asked about that (before adding a workaround to Wine to
not use _NET_WM_WINDOW_TYPE_DIALOG style at all).

I have opened this Ubuntu bug, please find details there
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/metacity/+bug/202456
With Gnome, Wine applications may run in a most ugly way.
They have no minimize button.
Setting Wine Config|Graphics|Allow WM control off alleviates.
But Wine windows minimize to desktop, stay on top and keyboard input may go to
the underlying windows instead, plus tanking weid screenshots and more
I found that System|Preferences|Appearance|Visual Effects being turned off is
the condition for the problem to occur.
Hence, it's unavoidable on unaccelerated video, old and cheaper hardware.
Ubuntu assigned this bug to Metacity (because it's the one used w/o V Effects).
But Ubuntu sounds more like wanting to close this ugly bug than fix it.
This lasted 1 year.
And now, do I find the needed patch dormant for 2 years here?
I would like to know :
- if the problem I described is a Wine or Metacity problem
- If it's a Wine problem, whether the fix in here fixes it.
Thanks.

just equivalent to what dave has posted. This output is very likely to be
linked to mpg issue ...
Nevertheless application works fine under wine ver 0.9.58 (on Fedora at

playing them, whatever version was used.
For a better display of graphics please download a add to your local c-evo tree

http://c-evo.org/files/download.php?vinegar.vinegar.zip
which contains nothing but png and txt files.
The adress reported in the modal window seems to be bind to the selected tribe
(Cf Screenshot of dialog box arising from access violation attachment). It
seems to be a different constant for each tribe.
What a pitty this nice open source application does not work any more since
wine ver 1.x.x ...
I've got no idea whether CrossOver from CodeWeavers behave any better ... run
the application with or without playing mp3 sound files.
Regards

This bug still exist in version 1.1.16 under fedora 10.
I'll not 100% sure the breaking is due to mpg, since the matching reported
error already existed in a former version .9xxx, without breaking the program
...
The game board which use to display in full screen in this .9xxx version, is
now displayed in a much smaller window ...
Still seems possible to be a mpg problem which have grown bigger along with new
version of wine.
Sorry I can't say more, this is my 2 cents contribution to this problem.

The fires and smoke aren't fading, they're just not being sized properly. The
game uses point sprites for these effects. No matter what distance, the point
size is being set to 1. I confirmed this by forcing glPointSize(63), all the
smoke and effects were textured properly and normal up close, obviously
stupidly oversized from far away.
MaxPointSize in d3d9caps is being set correctly, WINED3DRS_POINTSIZE_MIN and
WINED3DRS_POINTSIZE_MAX appear, to my untrained eye, correct (1 and 64.0008,
oddly).
Haven't figured out what's forcing point size to 1, but then I know very little
of opengl/direct3d/wine implementation past what I've learnt in the last couple
hours.
I haven't tried in 1.1.16 yet but changelog doesn't show any relevant changes.

Bug is still reproducible with wine 1.1.16 and the tarball provided by the
original reporter.
I think emu48 has been changed in current versions to work around the wine
BitBlt issue, see
http://groups.google.fr/group/comp.sys.hp48/msg/51fd7d2f80efbc5d
but at least emu42 still suffers from this: The LCD display is extremely dark
red on black.
I can provide more details (e.g. screenshots) if needed.
The URL to download binary and source (GPL) of emu42 is

Version up: 1.15
A possible hint at where the redundant tabs might come from:
As I mentioned in my previous post:
- when a circuit/plot pane is minimized in the MDI interface, in windows you
get an icon completed with a small bar on top of it. Wine shows only the icon.
I believe that the small bar might get transformed into the spurious "tab" in
wine.
There is also another bug about LTSPICE ui glitches in the wine db it is 3037.
Maybe the two could be unified.

I am running the command "wine /media/cdrom0/Setup.Exe" to begin the installer.
The main menu comes up normally, however clicking the listed options has no
effect. I can still select Install by pressing Alt-I on the keyboard.
The next step is to enter the serial number. After doing so, I again cannot
click the Next button (nothing happens), but can press Alt-N. That is when the
error message "Cannot load PidGen.dll" is displayed.
At this point I am unable to close the application (due to inability to click
menu items) and must manually end the running process.
There is an ERR listed in the terminal mentioning MFC42.DLL is not found.
If I install the native mfc42.dll file from the Visual C++ 6 Redistributable (I
used winetricks), I still have to use Alt-key combinations to navigate the
menu, but then the game installs normally after entering my serial and plays
just fine.
Terminal output of WINEDEBUG=+relay attached.

...at least for cp932.
But I'm getting ahead of myself.
Just recently I've noticed that a few programs, that required Japanese
locale (not every single one, just a few) stopped running, or more exactly,
terminated with some conversion error.
First, I went through the tarballs. Last good was 1.1.13,
but I didn't have an idea at first, what's exactly wrong.
So, I've done a bisect. Checking out a whole tree take a long time -
really annoying, if you're not planning to keep it,
but without it, I wouldn't get so far.
After I've done a few bisects, build process failed suddenly
with following error:
../../tools/wrc/wrc --nostdinc -I. -I. -I../../include -I../../include
-D__WINESRC__ -D_KERNEL32_ -fokernel.res kernel.rc

Unicode and back in codepage 950. Try using a Unicode string instead
It messed something with my locale, while it failed (my normal locale is
pl_PL.UTF-8). Luckily, I managed to get far enough, that I could notice the
probably buggy commit in webgit and reverted it manually against 1.1.15
tarball.
That fixed the regression.
As far as I could check, those programs were doing something like:
MultiByteToWideChar(CP_ACP, MB_PRECOMPOSED|MB_ERR_INVALID_CHARS, s, -1, NULL,
0);
The commit I'm talking about is : 8e16e7871063df35ca3a6de6fb165767c00bd087

Hi.
I've got a VB6 application which I'm trying to run on Wine 1.0.9.
The application starts through a launcher "MenuLancio.exe" which execute the
main application "Ec601.exe" wrote in VB6.
Everything seems to works fine even if I get the message:
"fixme:ntoskrnl:IoGetConfigurationInformation partial stub"
That doesn't seem to cause issues.
Several modules of the software are still made in VB3 "Ec501.exe" and are
called by the 32 bit part.
I understand that the 32 bit is put on hold until the 16bit is completed
When I start the 16 bit part I get the attached error message and the 16bit
part is not executed.
PS: My machine is an Athlon 1200 with Ubuntu 8.10 and gnome.
PS2: Im running the etersoft wine version "wine_1.0.9-eter41ubuntu_i386"
because the software is protected by an USB Eutron Smartkey (which etersoft
version supports). The part related to the smartkey works correctly.

In the demo for Halo 1, after selecting campaign from the main menu with a
fresh install, you are prompted to enter a profile name. However, on this
screen the keyboard stops responding, and you can't back out of the screen
either forcing you to kill the game with Alt+F4.
The mouse works throughout and the keyboard works fine when on the main menu.
This works properly on 1.1.14 but breaks with the current git version. I ran a
regression test and it looks like

is where it breaks.
FYI, the link on AppDB to download the demo seems to be broken. (Guess
Microsoft took it down?) I found the trial with a quick search on download.com
Could someone CC the patch author?

Actually, simply clicking Cancel will produce the error.

Summary: memory leak in function SetWindowRgn (?)
Product: Wine

Wine's implementation of WinAPI function SetWindowRgn
(http://source.winehq.org/git/wine.git/?a=blob;f=dlls/user32/winpos.c;h=d680…):
----------------
if (hrgn)
{
RGNDATA *data;
DWORD size;
if (!(size = GetRegionData( hrgn, 0, NULL ))) return FALSE;
if (!(data = HeapAlloc( GetProcessHeap(), 0, size ))) return FALSE;
if (!GetRegionData( hrgn, size, data ))
{
HeapFree( GetProcessHeap(), 0, data );
return FALSE;
}
SERVER_START_REQ( set_window_region )
{
req->window = wine_server_user_handle( hwnd );
req->redraw = (bRedraw != 0);
if (data->rdh.nCount)
wine_server_add_data( req, data->Buffer, data->rdh.nCount *
sizeof(RECT) );
else
wine_server_add_data( req, &empty_rect, sizeof(empty_rect) );
ret = !wine_server_call_err( req );
}
SERVER_END_REQ;
}
----------------
Variable 'data' points to memory block allocated via WinAPI function HeapAlloc.
But I don't see where that memory block is freed via WinAPI function HeapFree.
Is this a bug (memory leak) or am I just misunderstanding the code?
I posted this question to Google group comp.emulators.ms-windows.wine
(http://groups.google.ru/group/comp.emulators.ms-windows.wine/browse_thread/…),
but nobody responded, so I'm re-asking it here.

I use wine + Lotus Notes 6.5.5 at a stable Gentoo system.
If I try to attach *many* files to a document (few dozends) then it takes a
*loong* time (1 minute and longer) and the system cpu goes up to 100% before
all selected files are marked and the file dialog comes back and the files are
attached.
OTOH selecting only few files within the file dialog isn't the problem, but if
I have to scroll to the left/right within the file dialog to mark to last/last
file to be attached it needs time until this is done.
Furthermore the time seems to be an O(n) funktion, meaning that if the file
count is doubled, it seems to need 4x times longer and so on.

I try to install FoxPro for Windows 2.5 (this is NOT Visual FoxPro) on openSuse
11.0 with wine 1.1.2.
I removed ~/.wine before. When running "wine SETUP.EXE" some setup steps can be
done, but at the point before it begins to copy the files, I get a dialog from
the FoxPro setup, which tells me "FoxPro needs at least FILES=40 in CONFIG.SYS.
Please insert this line in your CONFIG.SYS and reboot" (this is translated and
shortened from my german FoxPro version)
Clicking on OK leads to a crash of wine.
In the terminal from where I started I have only the follwing lines:
/tmp/foxpro> wine ./SETUP.EXE
wine: created the configuration directory '/home/martin/.wine'
Could not load Mozilla. HTML rendering will be disabled.
wine: configuration in '/home/martin/.wine' has been updated.
wine: Unhandled page fault on write access to 0xff000004 at address 0x7bc44252
(thread 0023), starting debugger...
err:seh:raise_exception Unhandled exception code c0000005 flags 0 addr
0x7bc44252
When I create .wine/drive_c/CONFIG.SYS with the line FILES=40
the mentioned dialog does no longer appear, but wine crashes with the same
message again.
I can provide the FoxPro files for some tests if needed (note: FoxPro is not a
free application)

Everything's in the title : this old game doesn't run on Wine. At least it
doesn't work out of the box because I already succeeded at launching the game
but I don't remember how I did ...
As the game check for the Windows version I tried with every version available
in Wine 1.1.0 :
- on 2.0, 3.0, 3.1, 95, 98 and ME : the game ask for the original CD which is
of course already in
- on NT 3.5/4.0, 2000, XP, 2003, Vista, 2008 : the game find the CD but crashes

While playing Dungeon Keeper 2, attempting to navigate with the arrow keys
results in the screen scrolling in whatever direction is pressed without
stopping until another arrow key is pressed - thereby causing it to scroll in
that direction endlessly.
Never worked, true with native dinput.dll as well, not true in Windows.

With hardware rendering mode enabled, Dungeon Keeper 2 fails to render the

Version to look at is 4.41, a free download.
This email app does a normal shutdown whenever the editor is closed, e.g.,
after a new email is sent. This is not normal behaviour. In Windows the app
stays open, so that one can continue sending, receiving, reading, writing
email, etc.
In old versions of wine, this error doesn't happen, (ver. 20050830). The
regression error occurs as early as 0.9.20. Based on posts to the wine appdb
for this app, it is likely that the regression error ocurred >=0.9.14.
The editor in Pmail was not written by the developer and maintainer, David
Harris, but rather licensed by him. Recent wine code seems to interpret an
ordinary call to close the editor as a call to close the program itself.
When Pmail starts, a 0 byte file, mailbox.lck is created in the mail box of the
user. When the user closes the program normally, this file is deleted.
Since the shutdown regression error deletes the lock file, I conclude the call
to close the editor is being misinterpreted by wine as a call to shutdown
Pmail.
Joel Barnett
New super maintainer for Pegasus Mail

As Austin said, you can build any version from source, though from what I
understand really old versions may not build on modern systems. (Never tried it
myself.)
I seriously doubt this is a regression, however. The original reported version
for this bug is 0.9.21, and the OR's claim that printing used to work is based
on AppDB reports, which are notoriously unreliable. Based on comment #21, I
strongly suspect that the people who have reported that printing worked in the
past had only tested reports and lists (which do work), not forms (which
don't).
That said, it is possible that printing forms did work for a time between
0.9.21 and 0.9.42 (per comment #15). If you want to test old versions, that
seems to be the most promising range to look at.

Summary: Can't export virtual desktop registry settings

OS/Version: Linux

Keywords: download, source
Severity: minor
Priority: P2
Component: -unknown
AssignedTo: wine-bugs(a)winehq.org
ReportedBy: austinenglish(a)gmail.com
Noticed a weird bug when setting up daily winetest. I wanted to test in a
virtual desktop, but using:
wine explorer /desktop=name,1024x768 program.exe
is impractical for obvious reasons. So I decided to use the registry key in the
registry. I enabled it in winecfg and used regedit to export the key, then the
same to import it each time. Regedit's .reg file is:
-------
REGEDIT4
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Wine\Explorer]
"Desktop"="Default"
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Wine\Explorer\Desktops]
"Default"="800x600"

looks fine. But importing that fails. Curious, I ran diff on the .wine and
found that apparently regedit isn't exporting the full key:
-------
REGEDIT4
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Wine\Explorer]
"Desktop"="Default"
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Wine\Explorer\Desktops] 1234567890

Notice the timestamp. I suppose it's a regedit bug, but do we actually need
that timestamp? Looking at the diff more, seems it's also used in:
+[Software\\Wine\\Fonts] 1235641812
-[Software\\Wine\\Fonts\\External Fonts] 1235641855
+[Software\\Wine\\Fonts\\External Fonts] 1235641812
Does that really need to change each time winecfg is ran?
Importing the registry key allows the virtual desktop to work fine.
