Tested with both wine-7.0 and with wine-7.18-167-g16c6c249a51.
The Steam login UI has been updated, and is now not responding when accessed
with wine. Mousing over the text fields appears to highlight them, but clicking
or typing in the boxes doesn't work, nor does clicking on the Sign In button. I
have been accessing Steam with both versions of wine regularly (and recently)
and wasn't having problems until yesterday, when it seems the new login UI went
into effect across the board.
I did note another WineHQ bug that mentioned moving the box around and then
trying to type, but that didn't change the behavior here.
I would also note that the new UI is working properly when accessed via Proton
and with Crossover 22.
Please let me know if there is a log or other information I can provide.

Steam rfactor2 proton log
This bug is created after the one that exists in the Proton github issue
tracker
https://github.com/ValveSoftware/Proton/issues/245
The game runs fine in single player mode since version 4.11 to the newest
versions of Proton, but there is a problem in multiplayer mode that makes the
game run slower.
We have asked to the game devs in their discord server for some info, try to
get some logs of the multiplayer execution, and finally, one dev told us that
despite the graphics thread was fine, there is something wrong affecting to the
physics thread in the game, and this only happens in online races, so the issue
may be in the network code of Proton/Wine. (@leillo1975 tried to run the game
in vanilla Wine, and the problem was also there).
Is there any way to trace the network execution to find what could be the
problem?
I added a log file in the proton issue tracker generated running the game with
the "PROTON_LOG=1 %command%" but don't know if that contains enough
information.
Let me know if I can add any other info.
Thanks!

Mouse input in NOLF is generally a bit "inprecise", but one thing is broken for
sure.
Some weapons feature a zoom mode, but when this zoom mode is switched on it's
almost impossible to accurately use it since the mouse input becomes very
sluggish then. Turn zoom off again and mouse input stabilizes again.
I suppose that's a dinput problem, but I'm not sure about that.
The wine-0.9.46 testresult here
(http://appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=version&iId=305&iTestingId…)
mentions a "weird mouse problem", but I'm not sure if that's what I'm
encountering.
Haven't tried any native DLLs though.

Sound effects play, but the background music doesn't.
The "Mega Mix Pack" demo of the game can be downloaded here:

Running SETUP.EXE crashes immediately, but the demo can be played by running
Game/NOLFDEMO.exe. Immediately upon starting, there should be no music in the
main menu.
The "1.0" demo of the game can be downloaded here:
https://archive.org/details/TheOperativeNoOneLivesForeverDemo This version also
crashes when trying to run SETUP.EXE, but Game/NOLFDEMO.exe will ask for the CD
to be inserted in the tray for it to launch.
In case it is helpful, the game is open source and it can be accessed here:

Collection of Retail and Beta logs.
I had be playing/testing the new Dragonflight expansion for WoW recently, and
after this week's update, the game no longer launches, with the age old "Your
3D accelerator card is not supported" error. Research on previous occurrences
of this error have been fruitless, usually having something to do with multiple
GPUs and having the wrong one assigned.
Being that the WoW client updating was the only change to cause this issue, and
native Windows clients seem to have no issue, I can't help but think this lies
somewhere in wine, dxvk, or vkd3d namespace.
For information on my environment, I'm running via Lutris, and have tried both
Lutris and Wine runners, a few releases from 5.x, 6.x, and 7.x, up to 7.17
staging. I'm using dxvk v1.10.3 and vkd3d v2.6. My graphics card is 3060Ti, and
I get the error with both the 470xx and 515 nvidia drivers. The 3060Ti is the
only VGA controller in my system, and I'm running Arch 5.19.9. Manually setting
the 'gxApi "D3D11"' config line in Config.wtf doesn't change the behavior,
which applies to D3D11, D3D11_LEGACY, as well as D3D12.
I'll note that this error only occurs with Beta and PTR clients. (PTR is open
to everyone, if you'd like to test, not sure if you need gametime). Retail and
Classic both work just fine and haven't any issue, although, I've noticed the
in-game option to use D3D12 has disappeared, leaving me with only D311 options.
It used to be there, and I'm unsure when the option left.
I've attached logs from both Beta and Retail, let me know what else I can
provide/test for y'all.
