It is considered very time consuming to upgrade it to newer PowerBuilder because of CFC and all dependent code. Another problem, that I found is MSVCRT.DLL For some reason builtin library does not work properly and I was forced to use one from Windows installation. Hope it will help. (it's now 03:31 AM here at Israel... gonna get some sleep.) so, it's (?) a MaxPayne issue. Your first attachment shows that the DirectSound class factory is not found. This could be a registry or dll problem. You have alsa but are using the oss driver. Try changing the [WinMM] section of your config file to "Drivers" = "winealsa.drv". Does the dsound test in dlls/dsound/tests work?
