[Bug 1609] New: Grim Fandango regression: no sound in animated cutscenes

I also don't get any subtitles in them, which makes me wonder if it's a sound regression at all, or if the problem is somewhere else. Everywhere else in the game the sound is still working fine, just as before. Unfortunately I've been unable to figure out exactly when it broke. I tried regression testing, but most of the snapshots between 20030508 and 20030618 were completely broken for me, as far as Grim Fandango was concerned. All thes programs have dlls that are not in the Windows/System directory, for example, with WP for win, loading stops with the error message: Could not load 'SHWINB20.DLL' required by 'WPWIN60', error=2 This dll is to be found in d:\wpc20.
