There it is.

I want to mention what no messages appear at the crash moment. 
Complains about d3d format appear right at startup, regardless of crash moment
(it can crash way later, after finding opponents for a game, but still show
these messages at startup).
Messages about dbghelp appear only if the game can't launch its own
ErrorReporter.exe to send error report to Blizzard, these errors have nothing
to do with actual crash reason.
