In some versions prior to 1.3.18 (unfortunately, I can say exactly in which ones) it could be corrected by installing K-Lite Codec Pack, but now it doesn't solve the problem. Only manual addition of the
MSACM.vorbis=vorbis.acm
string to system.ini does.
