Yes, currently the "eventfd_synchronization" patch set is disabled. Due to the
current work in ntdll.so, it will need significant work to rebase.

In any case, I think it makes the most sense to resolve this as a duplicate of
bug 36992, and unstage that for as long as the patch set remains disabled.
