With both, Wine staging and Wine, the speed of in-game animations like character movement scales with the framerate. Because the performance is not very good yet so that the framerate is low, the game is running in slow motion.
I am Using Arch Linux x64 with an Nvidia GTX1080 3GB with proprietary drivers.
I had to compress the logfile into a zip file because the raw file would be too large. Sorry for that.
