difference between the working (good) and the non-working (bad) prefixes

I tried this on a fresh WINEPREFIX.  I could not get it to work with setup.exe
of the msi.

After several troubleshooting attempts, I renamed the bad wine prefix's
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\lotus
and import the key from the working prefix.  Now it works, but only from the
jumble directory

I have attached the "diff" between the two registry entries
