Last September, the Rockstar Games Launcher installer was rewritten. It's now a
64-bit EXE and no longer uses NSIS. This bug is no longer present.

Note that games which package the RGL installer (such as GTA IV or V from
Steam/EGS) may still have an old version which contains this bug, but the
latest one downloadable from Rockstar does not.
