So far the apps I regularly use do not seem to have problem with my 2 gig "floppy disk," but I can imagine there might be some Windows apps (esp. older ones) that rely on the media in A: being standard floppy capacity.
(Not sure if this should be a separate bug--seems like the same underlying problem to me.)
