In general, make sure the issue still happen in a new/clean WINEPREFIX. But it looks like this is going to need real debugging.
On my system this issue doesn't appear on Wine 1.8.0. Maybe Fen hit just a regression if a clean Wine profile doesn't solve this issue for him.
