... The real problem is that some unknown problem (locking?) prevents the audio resampler from using more than 3% of the core in some games. We need to diagnose that problem.
I have a save from one of the Fallout 3 DLCs that I keep around because it perfectly reproduces this problem. Do you have any idea what lock might be responsible?
