[Bug 26144] Remove link to spam-infested Google Groups page from http://www.winehq.org/help

IMO, we should remove that link entirely. It is not connected to our forum in
any way, and no one here is monitoring it either for spam or for the quality of
advice being given out to legitimate posters. It does not warrant the "seal of
approval" implied by linking to it from our support page.
