I changed the libdir to lib in the rules file and built Ubuntu 24.04 packages to test. They are on https://download.opensuse.org/repositories/Emulators:/Wine:/Debian/ xUbuntu_24.04/. Can someone please test them? If someone can confirm that solves the problem, I will rebuilt the other Debian/Ubuntu packages.
Built successfully and runs on Kubuntu 24.04.2, at this time using wine 10.2.
