Did some digging, and realized I made the mistake of using cachyos's repos.
Apologies. The issue is not on upstream wine.

I tested using https://archlinux.org/packages/multilib/x86_64/wine/ instead and
it works as expected.

Moving the bug to their version and marking this as resolved.
