Title bar with Firefox button in Windows and Wine

When the Firefox button is visible, Wine's minimize, maximize (or restore), and
close buttons are blank. Steps to reproduce:

1. Uncheck "allow the window manager to decorate the windows" in winecfg
(otherwise, the Firefox button isn't usable)
2. Install and run Firefox
3. Right-click one of the toolbars and uncheck "menu bar"
