Isn't WINEDEBUG=+relay a superset of that? If it is, then the existing
attachment #18624 should be good:

It is readable since it starts exactly at the right moment.
It is somewhat longer than needed, but I wanted to be sure not to exclude
anything important.

But if +relay is not a superset of "+sync,+ntdll", just tell me and I'll do
another run.
