Likely on all distribution and wine versions.
When running any Unity or Unreal Engine game in directx 9 or 11 with a rotated screen the resolution availables at startup are indicated as if the screen was in landscape mode instead of portrait. As a result the rendering is cropped at the center of the screen.
Using lutris I have try different other wine versions and configurations (virtual desktop, dxvk, ...) without success.
