With Wine 8.10, I had to set the Windows version to Windows XP (Windows 10 causes the installer to silently exit). After the somewhat successful install, cd to C:\BusyWin and "wine Busy21.exe" gives a messagebox with "Runtime error '-2147221166' (80040152):" (which is REGDB_E_KEYMISSING) and exits.
Did you use any other custom settings or native DLLs?
