InfoSelect for Windows 1.0 - which works well on prior versions of Wine - evokes
a Wine error on startup and won't run. (Coincidentally, ies4lin, which runs fine
on prior versions of Wine, doesn't accept URL line input in 0.9.42.)

This is on a current Gentoo system installed from portage.
