Can you try 0.9.60? There were a few window management regressions in 0.9.59...
Just tried 0.9.60. With new version, WINE apps don't work at all. I even can't use winecfg. Windows are not re-drawn, they don't respond to mouse/keyboard actions etc.
Tried to install from two sources: * binary package for Ubuntu * compiled manually from Git sources
The results are the same.
