updated arch packages from july 21

The issues start with arch packages from July 21. I've attached the list of
packages that were upgraded on my system between the 20th and 21st.

The wine-staging update seems to be a red herring as updating it to 6.13 but
keeping all other packages from the 20th does not cause any issues.
