[Bug 19496] Irfanview reports "Invalid MCI Device ID"

I also tried using mciavi32, but that doesn't work at all: the "invalid device
ID" message pops up 9 times, and the audio file is no longer played. All "the
driver cannot recognize the specified command" messages are gone, though.
