[Bug 34561] Finale/Finale Notepad 2012 crashes if Pulseaudio is disabled

This bug is probably invalid. The crash is in dsound, and the Ubuntu Wine
packages contain unsupported changes to dsound as well as the unsupported
winepulse driver.
