[Bug 24816] Webplus x2 install failure

Having a little bit of a problem here:

brafferton@office:~$ sudo apt-get install wine1.3
[sudo] password for brafferton: 
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree       
Reading state information... Done
wine1.3 is already the newest version.
wine1.3 set to manually installed.
0 upgraded, 0 newly installed, 0 to remove and 0 not upgraded.

brafferton@office:~$ wine --version
wine-1.1.44

Is this another bug report in the offing, or have I just fouled up (again...)?
