Sry.
The native dll conflicting was msi.dll, setting this a builtin pass the error,
but then there are more errors. Something with ole and rpc (which is also
builtin), i have manually setted all to builtin but this errors doesn't
disapeared so, a clean .wine dir is the only way to install Mathematica.

After installing it an be copied to another working .wine directory and it will
ask again for the license information.
