Could you provide your output of `WINEPREFIX=yourprefix winetricks
list-installed` ? Perhaps there's something else you installed.

Could you also dump this key, maybe it's different from what you posted
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Wine\DllOverrides

If you somehow manage to get the game running on a clean prefix, that'd be
awesome.

Also the whole registry dump probably won't hurt.
