As per the GIT of 15.11, dotnetfx is not entering anymore in a loop when using
winedebug +all. Without using winedebug +all it is crashing quite at the
beginning with winedebug +all it is crashing at the beginning of "initializing
components!.

I attached a log of the last lines before exiting. Please not that if you want
to reproduce the whole log, winedebug +all is taking about one hour to reach
that point so it may be quite an extensive log.
