I'm not familiar with jac, but:
err:wave:JACK_OpenWaveOutDevice jack server not running?

cannot create new client; wine_jack_out_0 already exists

would be worth checking. Perhaps you need to remove the old wine config from
jack?

Retry in a fresh ~/.wine if you haven't already.
