--- Comment #7 from John Koelndorfer jkoelndorfer@gmail.com 2011-09-15 08:56:21 CDT --- I was able to get the Trillian installer to run by installing a native winhttp.dll. I copied this from a Windows 7 x86_64 system. One of the installer's pages came up blank, but the buttons showed up so I was able to get past it.
After the install finished, Trillian seems to be running fine.
