Confirmed for -Radeon 9800Pro(RV350) -Ubunutu Jaunty(So impossible to try with fglrx) -Wine 1.1.18

Even configuring Wine to to virtual Screen ans editing the swkotor.ini file(Fullscreen=0) it pops up in Fullscreen.
