An msvideo log will display the message:

err:msvideo:ICLocate Required media codec 'vidc MP42' not found!

Installing the codec will make the video play, not sure if this is a valid bug
or not. It is like the other Indeo codec bugs where the problem is the not
installed codec. One could argue that the codec is installed by default in
windows, I don't know, didn't check.
