Please, check whether or not your local machine's IP (like 192.168.88.39) is explicitly listed in the /etc/hosts file.
That solved the problem for me.

What exactly do you mean by this? I have
192.168.1.69 localhost.localdomain localhost
in my /etc/hosts and it still isn't working.
