when nvidia-drm IS loaded?

Verify the following:
vulkaninfo (should print vulkan info from your nvidia driver) - This is in the
vulkan-tools package i think.
nvidia-smi (should come installed with the nvidia driver)

I am leaning towards that this is some sort of driver misconfiguration, and not
a "wine bug" tbh, and perhaps better suited for the support forums here on
WineHQ rather than discussing various distro configurations in a bugtracker.
