Most menu items in the PartyPoker lobby do not work. When tested on a WinXP
machine these menu items launch a browswer and even with Firefox installed in my
.wine directory a browswer does not launch.

The menu items that do not work are:
My Account (My Account, Players Club, and Update Personal Info)
Cashier (Deposit, Help, Cashout History)
News & Info (ALL)
Game Rules & Options (All Game Rules)
Tell-a-Friend (ALL)
About Us (ALL)
Help (Email Us, Phone Us, FAQ, Responsible Gaming)
