[Bug 10839] The virtual desktop should be resizable

So you want to stretch the warcraft 3 window because the game only supports 4:3
and not widescreen resolutions? Why not just remove the virtual desktop option
and run the game correctly so the display driver will select the correct
resolution your monitor can support in the game at fullscreen?
