[Bug 9593] Photoshop Elements 5 tries to set the window size to the whole screen ignoring taskbar

It seems there is a _NET_WORKAREA property of the root window set by the window
manager. I've found some discussions that it doesn't work very well with
Xinerama but I don't know if there is something better.
