+msxml,+tid after SystemInformation touched

I've checked that folder ~/BioWare was not created by the installer. But when I
was trying to launch the game - MassEffectConfig.exe was launched. It manages
to create ~/BioWare/Mass Effect/Config/BioEngine.ini but not
SystemInformation.xml. When I am creating empty file via command: touch
~/BioWare/Mass Effect/Config/SystemInformation.xml
log +msxml,+tid attached
