[Bug 11595] Notepad++ freezes if native application changes a file it has open (dogfood)

Exchanged some mails with yms about this issue and yms found out that the issue
described in comment 44 on native windows was caused by the nppftp plugin.

So this bug seems to be still valid for wine.
(wine-1.7.49, npp-6.8.1, all plugins disabled)
