[Bug 20395] Mouse / keyboard input not handled (RawInput)

Can confirm with Slender 0.9.6. Does not work even with PoL. Using Ubuntu 12.04
with PoL 4.0.16.

I tested with PoL 4.0.16 with the Wine 1.4.x it downloaded for Slender at the
mouse did not work.

I then tested with the latest PPA update as of today using the Ubuntu Wine and
it was the same problem. The video works perfectly in full graphics, the
problem is when I try to move the mouse. It only responds to mouse clicks, but
not movements.
