I found bug for the case when ARB_UNIFORM_BUFFER_OBJECT is not supported. Could you please try with the updated patch?

At least for now, i tested new patch for wine 1.8rc1: Radeon firegl v5700(GL3.3) Intel GM45(GL2.1)
BattleRaper2: works fine (ubo, non-ubo) SexyBeach3: works fine (ubo, non-ubo) schoolmate2: not working (ubo, non-ubo both)
I'm not sure schoolmate2's problem really caused by vertex blending although the game enabled it. Could you review the trace log?
