Thanks for the log. According to the log:

Some thing went wrong during the installation, maybe the installer try to
register some dll but fail. could you try the patch in
http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=10063#c7 , re-install the app from a
clean wineprefix, and re-test this bug?
