Sheesh ... if you bothered to read my stuff you would have known there are more
steps needed ...

If you see activation error _after_ you created dosdevices "c::" symlink and
_after_ you adjusted +rw user permissions to primary harddisk block device you
may of course supply +relay,+cdrom trace, showing the activation service opened
"\.\C:" and called certain device ioctls (+cdrom debug channel).
