There is no free way to test this bug with ePSXe version 1.9, only with 1.9.25
because it comes with a homemade PSX Bios.

In order to test with 1.9 you have to download PSX bios files and put them in
the Bios\ folder. Then run the program and select File->Run PS-EXE and select
the main.psx file from the homebrew game. It will display a moving PSX logo
with some background sound.

In order to test with 1.9.25 just skip the config and then go to Config->Bios
and select HLE checkbox (homemade BIOS). Then run the game as in previous
description.

I cannot reproduce with 1.9.25 in wine 1.7.53 or wine 1.6, I didn't test with
1.9.
