[Bug 25717] Japanese fonts sometimes shifted to the left

So, today 1.3.18 has brought a change...in fbo handling.
Now, while all the warnings are still there and additionally upon closing 
err:d3d:context_set_current Failed to make GL context 0x136f70 current on
device context 0x60c, last error 0x6.
err:d3d:context_acquire Failed to activate the new context.
is printed, OffscreenRenderingMode=fbo does not longer mean "no text".
It seems to be the same as 'backbuffer' now.

Unfortunately, no change in the gdiplus problem.
